One and the same. 

Stand-up and advertising are the same to me. You find an insight, you dig into it, and if you’re lucky – you’ll come out with an original idea that people can relate to. 

My first set was actually for an internship at an ad agency. You had to answer three questions in a video (at the bottom of the video) and send it in. So, trying to standout I wrote them into a stand-up set – and I've been rocking the mic ever since.
